Anchored Allied Health provides mobile paediatric occupational therapy services across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Inner West, including Coogee, Randwick, Bondi, Redfern, Surry Hills, Glebe, Leichhardt and surrounding suburbs.

Initial Paediatric Occupational Therapy
Before your initial appointment, I will aim to arrange a brief phone call with you to discuss your concerns, goals, and any relevant background information. This helps ensure our first session is tailored to your child's needs from the very beginning.
Our therapy journey begins with a comprehensive initial OT assessment (typically 45–60 minutes in person), conducted in a supportive, child-led environment. Depending on your child's needs, this may include standardised assessments (e.g. fine motor or sensory tools) or informal observational assessment to best capture their current abilities, strengths, and challenges.
Following the assessment, you may choose to receive a written report or summary outlining your child's strengths, goals, and therapy recommendations. This can be used to support NDIS planning, school-based supports, and communication with other professionals involved in your child's care.
Ongoing Occupational therapy sessions
After your initial assessment, we offer weekly or fortnightly therapy sessions that are completely tailored to you and your child. Every session is guided by meaningful, functional goals that we develop together based on your child's strengths, needs, and what matters most to your family.
Sessions typically include 45 minutes of direct therapy and 15 minutes for planning, documentation, and communication, allowing us to adapt activities as your child progresses and keep your goals front and centre.
We work collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure therapy strategies are practical, consistent, and achievable across home, school, and community settings.
